Tiny Shellie May's FIRST RIDE!

So you may recall Tiny Shellie May's first ATTRACTION was Tarzan's Treehouse.

But now she's about to go on her first RIDE! If you go to Disneyland on a Magic Morning day, you want to start with Peter Pan Flight.

The line was already kind of long, but it's only going to get longer.

And besides, even a line is fun with tiny bears!

Magic Morning at Disneyland (with Tiny Duffy and Tiny Shellie May)

We (mom and I) got up bright and early for a 7 AM Magic Morning!

The tiny bears slept in a bit, so no pictures of them for a little bit.

You can see it's not VERY busy yet.

We were staying off-site at the Red Lion, but with our 5-day park hoppers, we were allowed in the park an hour early one day.

DCA Gates at Christmas

I didn't like the gates much in pictures, but I like them in person. With decorations, they're very pretty!

Flying out of DCA

Tiny Duffy and Tiny Shellie May are on their way out of DCA.

Unfortunately, there isn't room to take off, so they'll have to walk through a long corridor to get to the gates. It's OK though. I kind of like construction walls, to be honest.

Big bear, tiny bears

So I think I hinted to you before that Tiny Duffy and Tiny Shellie May kind of bullied some tiny bears (read: stole their clothes). That wasn't very nice, really. I asked them how they'd feel if a giant bear manhandled them. They said such a thing would never happen.

They were wrong. Can you even see the tiny bears?

They promised me they'd behave better in the future. We will see....

San Francisco Poinsettias

I thought the stroller parking signs were adorable, though I don't really understand why mermaids would need strollers. Aren't you kind of weightless underwater?

But there were beautiful decorations on the poles.

We did not ride Ariel's Undersea Adventure that night. But Tiny Duffy and Tiny Shellie May thought the building was one of the most beautiful things in the parks.

Or maybe it was just me.

A new friend!

After watching Laserman, I realized it was nearly DCA's closing time, and I'd forgotten to buy a Tiny Duffy for my mom! So I walked as quick as I could to Treasures in Paradise and picked up the first Tiny Duffy I saw...I liked him because he looked very little like my own Tiny Duffy.

I dressed him and left him on the phone to surprise my mom. Isn't he adorable?

Watching World of Color from the wrong side of the water

Paradise Pier is crazy-beautiful at night. I can see why Duffy lives at Paradise Pier.* I wish I could, too!

Tiny Duffy, Tiny Shellie May, and I decided to watch World of Color from the wrong side of Paradise Pier.

You can't really see projections but besides that, there are some good viewing areas.

*Even Disney admits Duffy hails from Tokyo Disney Sea, one of the most beautiful theme parks in the WORLD. But Disney California Adventure is his summer home. :)

The tiny bears really like Disney California Adventure's tree...it's all the way back in Paradise Pier, but coincidentally, that's the most beautiful area of the park, so it works.

I think Tiny Duffy and Tiny Shellie May may have thought it was a ride, but it didn't go anywhere. :( Soon enough, tiny bears!

Good thing they are magnetic, or that could have been dangerous. I don't think the tiny bears know how to swim. :(

Heading on over to DCA

Tiny Duffy and Tiny Shellie May started heading on over to Disney California Adventure.

They are both VERY excited about how beautiful the park is going to be. Look at those smiles!

Traditional Picture

It's not that Tiny Duffy is bad. He just doesn't much like bad photography.

This, however, is a classic place to get one's picture taken at Disneyland. So even Tiny Duffy happily consented.

(Tiny Shellie May was just taking it all in and was in no hurry to rush through the parks. But Tiny Duffy had already visited them, albeit in my messenger bag. And he's not the most patient of bears.)
