The Blue Bayou!
Did you guess that they'll be eating at the Blue Bayou?
If not, I don't blame you. It is the fanciest restaurant inside Disneyland Park, and...well...Tiny Duffy is so adverse to wearing pants, I anticipated it might be a problem.
No one seemed to mind, though.

*Fanciest restaurant open to the public, I should have said...Club 33 is fancier but we can't get in. (Not for lack of trying, as we'll see later...)
