Tiny Bears on Radiator Springs Racers

"We're on the ride!" said Tiny Duffy.

"Oh no!" said Tiny Shellie May. "Do you think that Cast Member will let us through? We are not very tall."

We made it through. WHEW!

Duffy in Treasures in Paradise and other places in DCA

I dressed up as this ride!

The Duffy display at DCA...had some cute trunks in 2012. That's all I can say.

"We are waiting in a line," said Tiny Shellie May.

Do you know what we are waiting to ride?

Tiny Duffy and Tiny Shellie May at California Screamin'

This is about as close as I like to get to California Screamin', at least in the daytime.

3, 2, 1...

"Aren't you glad I didn't make you ride?" I asked.

"Well, the thing is, your BFF promised to take us," said Tiny Duffy.

"But I did not realize it launched over the water," said Tiny Shellie May.

"And I'm not afraid at all!" said Tiny Duffy. "But this seat is very comfortable, so it is all right."

Okay then.

Tiny Duffy and Tiny Shellie May on a bench

Then two members of our party decided to ride California Screamin' in the daytime. I...think I like it better at night. Plus I wanted to get some photos. So the bears and I (and my mom) waited!

King Triton Carousel

Maybe it wasn't the most efficient use of time...but every Duffy and Shellie May I've ever met loves carousels!

Hello world!

View from Mickey's Fun Wheel

"That is better!" said Tiny Shellie May.

What could Shellie May see?

It's Voyage of the Little Mermaid!

Soarin' and the Matterhorn!

What a fun little ride!

Tiny bears go to Mickey's Wheel of Death

It was crazy...this was November 2, 2012, and Christmas items just kept popping up!

So we went to Mickey's Fun Wheel. Miss D. and my BFF bravely went on the swinging wheels.

"No thank you," said me and my mom. I think Tiny Shellie May was glad to be on the less scary side too.

Although, the non-swinging cars go way higher...

Duffy's Spring-ish Voyage - Part 21

Still at Sauder Village! I'm not sure where this is...could it be Peter Stuckey Farm (33)?

That sounds about right.

"If we pose like this, you cannot see the kitchen," said Tiny Shellie May.

"Is this better?" asked Tiny Duffy.

Isn't it a beautiful day? Actually, it was a little warm. I can't imagine how the bears felt!

37 is the Blacksmith Shop!

But it was late in the day, so not much was going on there.

The Harvesting Building is just a place to hold school/group events.

39 is Tiffin River Woodworks!

"What a pretty wooden swing," said Tiny Shellie May.

That's right...we made it through Sauder Village! With minutes to spare! :) Then we did some exploring...more later!

Tiny Bears on Goofy's Sky School

This is a wild mouse roller coaster...kind of fun.

"I think it was kind of scary," said Tiny Shellie May.

Tiny Duffy on Luigi's Flying Tires

"Do you think we can have our own tire, Tiny Shellie May?" asked Tiny Duffy.

"I'm not sure," said Tiny Shellie May. "I think it would be a waste of space. Also, I am very petite, so the tire might not move very far under my tiny weight."

"Aw."

Back to Cars Land

"This place looks much more friendly," said Tiny Shellie May.

Back in Cars Land, there was no wait at Luigi's Flying Tires (still our Early Entry day).

"There are no ghosts in this ride, are there?" asked Tiny Duffy. "Also, I do not want to be turned into a ghost."

I assured him he would be fine.

Poor Tiny Duffy at Tower of Terror

"Isn't there another way out?" asked Tiny Duffy.

Actually, there is. I took it the last time I visited Tower of Terror. But this time I was determined to conquer my fears!

My BFF told me that if you scream during the drops, it makes them not bother your stomach so much. And...she was right! Hooray!

Sunday, March 17, 2013

Nooo! Don't make me!

"Please do not make me go in there! There are ghosts!"

"There are probably ghosts out here, Tiny Duffy," I said.

"Aaaaaieeeee!!!"

Saturday, March 16, 2013

Tiny Duffy and Tiny Shellie May waiting for Tower of Terror

"Please let me just sit here on this magnetic post," said Tiny Duffy.

"What, are you chicken?" asked Tiny Shellie May.

"Yes," said Tiny Duffy.

"Please stop clucking at me, Tiny Shellie May.

Tiny Duffy is scared

So we went over to the Tower of Terror!

"Not the Tower of Terror!" begged Tiny Duffy. "Please noooooooo!"

He is afraid of ghosts. I tried to tell him the ghosts aren't real but he kept whining.

Duffy's Spring-ish Voyage - Part 20

Oh dear; it has been way too long.

I THINK this is still in point 27 (Natives and Newcomers). It is a trading post!

It's been almost a year, but I believe the lines on the blankets explained how many animal skins the blankets were worth...

"Ew," said Tiny Shellie May.

OK, now we were rushing!

28! Lauber Settlement!

"That looks like it would be very cold in winter," said Tiny Shellie May.

"Yes," agreed Tiny Duffy.

29! Log Schoolhouse!

"This looks much better insulated," said Tiny Shellie May.

Stop 30! Anna Witmer-Roth Home!

We did go outside to view the kitchen.

Unless one of those two pictures was in the Eicher Cabin (31), I am not sure we saw it!

32 is the jail!

"Please let us out please," said Tiny Shellie May.

"We can slip through the bars," said Tiny Duffy.

"Oh, yeah."

Also, it wasn't a bad little place for little bears.

"I would still rather be free," said Tiny Shellie May.

The bears were very glad to be free! I believe this is glancing toward Peter Stuckey Farm (33).

Eager to prove they were upstanding citizens, we skipped the Pioneer Settlement Depot (34) and made our way to Holdeman Church (35).

The bears tried to sing along with the hymns but they were not very good at it.
