"Some people think it is scary and I used to think it was scary," I said, "but now I think it is fun. And I promise I will keep you safe."

"So we met Donald Duck...yay!" said Shellie May. "But our human forgot to get a photo, I guess. Aw."

"And then...it was time to use our Fastpass for California Screamin'!"

"SHADOW BEAR IS READY TO RIDE!!!"

"We were figuring to head back to the room, so we said goodbye to our new Duffy and Shellie May and Gelatoni friends."

"But then my human remembered that her friend REALLY wanted to ride California Screamin'. I don't remember what we did, but I am pretty sure she was hoping to get a Fastpass so we could come back at night, but the return time was WAY too close. So I think we got a Fastpass for 40 minutes from now, and then...."

This is about as close as I like to get to California Screamin', at least in the daytime.

3, 2, 1...

"Aren't you glad I didn't make you ride?" I asked.

"Well, the thing is, your BFF promised to take us," said Tiny Duffy.

"But I did not realize it launched over the water," said Tiny Shellie May.

"And I'm not afraid at all!" said Tiny Duffy. "But this seat is very comfortable, so it is all right."

Okay then.

So, Duffy...how did you like California Screamin'?

...Duffy? Are you OK?

"I'm all right!"

My Best Florida Friend told me that if you scream on drops it makes them not bother your stomach. Worked for me! Though it probably didn't hurt that we were riding at night, so the pretty lights distracted me. :)

Duffy looks contemplative

"Hm," says Duffy. "Am I really ready to go on California Screamin'?"

I'm not sure I was, but we decided to go, since we'd never tried it at night before. (Okay, Duffy had never been at all!)

"That sure is a big roller coaster right next to us!" said Shellie May.

"I think I'd be scared to ride it," she added.

"Me too," I said. "But I'm going to anyway."
