Duffy's Spring-ish Voyage - Part 26
Tiny Duffy and I are still on the then-101-year-old Great Lakes Freighter the James M. Schoonmaker!
"There sure are a lot of bathrooms on this ship!" said Tiny Duffy.
"Wow! So pretty down there!"
Tiny Duffy grunted. "Don't worry! I will open the door for you!"
"Wow! This is a fancy place!"
I do believe we were looking out at downtown Toledo.
We could have had even more fun if it weren't so windy! But Tiny Duffy was a very good companion to bring.
Since there are magnets in his paws.
Looking back at the Observation Room!
My parents' roof has one of those turbine things! It is shorter, though, and not green.
I'm not sure what the signal flags say. If Tiny Duffy knew, he didn't tell me.
This is one of my favorite photos of Tiny Duffy.

A placard read, "You are now in the Observation Room on the 'Texas Deck.' This room was designed to resemble the round room at the forward end of the Mississippi River steamers called the 'Texas Room.' This space was strictly for passenger relaxation and offered a 360 degree view. The Schoonmaker and her sister ship the William P. Snyder Jr. were the only two ships in Great Lakes history to have such a room which was often referred to as the 'passenger's pilothouse.'"

My favorite picture of Shellie May
I thought this little Anime sweatdrop-looking droplet was cute (until I saw it too many places!).
"Isn't that bridge in the movie?" asked Shellie May.
Here comes my favorite picture I've ever taken of her, I think...
"We are going for a DRIVE!"

And there was light
Yes! Much better! Now we can see the tiny bears AND Paradise Pier at night. Two of my favorite things!

Tiny Shellie May's Portrait Skills
The tiny bears got bored while I was shopping. I came out and look what tiny Shellie May was doing!
Do you think Tiny Shellie May is a good artist?

Traditional Picture
It's not that Tiny Duffy is bad. He just doesn't much like bad photography.
This, however, is a classic place to get one's picture taken at Disneyland. So even Tiny Duffy happily consented.
(Tiny Shellie May was just taking it all in and was in no hurry to rush through the parks. But Tiny Duffy had already visited them, albeit in my messenger bag. And he's not the most patient of bears.)

Merry Christmas!
OK, these pictures are totally out of order but I couldn't help it.
Merry Christmas from Tiny Duffy and Tiny Shellie May!
Oh, and yes. Santa Duffy DID come!
And yes, Santa Duffy even likes pirates.

Jane sketching Tarzan
Tiny Shellie May thinks Jane should be sketching Duffy.
Tiny Shellie May would also like a Jane costume. I think Tiny Duffy would be up for dressing as Tarzan, but I don't know. Tiny Duffy doesn't like to wear pants. Going shirtless might make up for the loincloth.

Scared stiff!
Tiny bears are scared of mean leopard that roars and blasts a puff of air at them.
Too scared to move!
