Shellie May and Horizons

"So we ate at Studio Catering Company because my human was SO excited to see a prop from her favorite ride that she never even got to ride. She found a seat for us and then looked up and it was RIGHT HERE!!!!"

"YES! That is a painted version of a hovercraft (?) from Horizons! My human was SO EXCITED and that made ME excited because I love her."

"Also we had food and my human's BFF got some wine. Yaaaay!"

Exhbits at Disney's Hollywood Studios

"So the humans got some impromptu "FastPasses" for the Pirates of the Caribbean adventure that I don't think they have very more, and then we got to look at exhibits for a little while!"

"Yay!"

"My human could have stayed here for hours!"

"But she's still very annoyed that Disney keeps missing the point and using the silly robot butler as the emblem of Horizons. THAT WAS NOT THE POINT OF THE RIDE!!!"

"Yay! New Fantasyland!"

"Yes, even my human admits this is technically a nicer building than Ariel's building in Disney California Adventure...but she still loves that one very much too."

"Hi!"

Shellie May-sa Verde

I had to make Shellie May get a picture with the Horizons-reference luggage.

I like Mesa Verde from Horizons because it was definitely very much inspired by the American Southwest, i.e. my home state. I read that they even consulted with a scientist from the college I went to, to figure out how they could make the desert into a realistic paradise.

And Shellie May loves it because I love it! :)

Shellie May at Space Mountain Dioramas, WDW

"Then my human and her BFF and me got to ride Space Mountain AGAIN!"

"My human liked all of the ride except getting out of the ride vehicle was hard for her. Maybe because she was carrying me. Awww.  But she LOVED LOVED LOVED the exhibits at the exit of the ride!"

"They reminded her a little of Horizons, which she never ever EVER got to ride but she tells me it was the best attraction ever."

"I do not understand, but I love her so I like Horizons too. YAY!"

"My human does NOT like how Disney seems to think Horizons is all about the robot butler. She says it was about dreaming of and building a beautiful future, which Disney and the world have both gotten away from."

"And then I said she was sounding depressing and she said sorry and gave me a hug."

"YAY HUGS! Also retro-looking house. YAY!"
