Successful mission

We are back in Disneyland with our Fastpasses!

And we met another Duffy! This one seemed to be on display keeping a Cast Member company in Frontierland.

This is the special place you can wait if someone in your party uses a wheelchair! It was early in the morning; it would have been probably as quick to go in the regular line, but that has stairs.

"My human recently remembered that we have NEVER ridden the Mark Twain!" said Shellie May. "Well, she has, but none of her Duffys or Shellie Mays have. We need to fix that!"

Halloween Round-Up Disneyland 2012

Here are some photos from the last day of the Halloween Round-Up 2012!

They also had little games to play. Duffy and I tried.

We did not do very well.

"It's all right," the Cast Member said. "He has Shellie May."

Duffy and I were both surprised he knew that! But he does.

Deserted Frontierland and Duffy with a Lighthouse

We emerged onto a deserted Frontierland, which the tiny bears enjoyed very much! Too much to pose for photographs, in fact!  (This was just before 10 AM the Tuesday after Thanksgiving.)

Then we doubled back to Fantasyland. Tiny Duffy and Tiny Shellie May liked the lighthouse because it reminded them of Cape Cod.

(Good thing we got this photo! Next trip, it will be all blocked off because the ride is being refurbished...oooh, sssh. I think I've said too much.)

Popcorn

"There are more interesting flavors of popcorn in Tokyo Disney Sea," said Tiny Shellie May.

"I'd like to try them someday," I said.

"I like plain, though," said Tiny Duffy.

Frontierland Transformation

Frontierland is very interesting. From here, it looks like a desert. (Just like where I come from.)

But from just a little different angle, you can see the river!

This is in Frontierland if I recall correctly. Looks awfully spooky!

Near Fantasmic

We decided to catch some of Fantasmic! from a VERY secluded (and very poor) viewing area.



We could hear fine but yeah, not really worth being there unless you just really wanted to get away from the crowds.
