Presents under the Tree at the Grand Californian

"May we open a present, please?" asked Tiny Shellie May.

"Is it addressed to you?" I asked.

"I don't think so," said Tiny Shellie May.

"Sssh," said Tiny Duffy. "Look up at the tree."

"Subarashi!!!!" said Tiny Shellie May. "It's so wonderful!"

Walking through the Grand Californian

We walked back to our fancy, expensive hotel.

Even Downtown Disney had Christmas lights!

Walking through the Grand Californian to get to our hotel.

"It's been a long night," said Tiny Duffy.

"May we rest our paws please?" Tiny Shellie May asked.

Oh, sure.

Toontown Christmas Tree

The old one (pre-2011) was nicer.

I guess this one photographs OK, though. At least, when you have darling subjects hiding in the foreground!

Christmas at Boardwalk Pizza and Pasta

Good thing the tiny bears were there to help me eat all this food.

Even WITH the three of us, I couldn't finish the pasta...frankly, the pumpkin roll cake was a little much on top of that, but I really, really, really wanted it!

April fool!

"Come ON, Tiny Shellie May!" Tiny Duffy said. "Can we PLEASE go to Disney California Adventure now?"

"Of course," Tiny Shellie May said with a demure smile.

"HEY!" Tiny Duffy said. "We're still in Disneyland. That's the Main Street Christmas tree!"

"April Fool!" Tiny Shellie May said.

"It's November!" Tiny Duffy said. "That doesn't even make any sense!"

Little did Tiny Duffy know...

"Let's GO!"

I feel so small!

The tree is SO TALL.

Even if you are person-sized instead of tiny-bear sized.

(But even moreso if you are tiny-bear sized.)

Giant Christmas tree

That's right! Tiny Duffy and Tiny Shellie May love the giant Christmas tree!

We found this vantage point of Santa rather disturbing. Though at least he has a bear.
