"Do they have wreaths in Japan?" asked Tiny Duffy. "I think I want to move to Japan."

My mom LOVES It's a Small World Holiday. She'll often tell me I need to get a photo by wreaths because they're Japanese, or they look Japanese to her.

"I think this is Chinese," I said.

"Don't be silly," said Tiny Shellie May. "This is definitely American."

I suppose Tiny Shellie May is right!

Finally leaving It's a Small World

"Hmph," said Tiny Duffy.

"DAYLIGHT!" Tiny Duffy sighed in relief. "We're FREEEEE!"

I had to restrain Tiny Duffy from exiting the boat. Fortunately, that was very easy, as he is tiny.

"Ah," said Tiny Duffy. "At least the seat is comfortable."

See? Tiny Duffy is cheering up already. I think.

 

"It's a small world after all," sang Tiny Duffy and Tiny Shellie May.

"Darn it," muttered Tiny Duffy. "That song is catchy."

"I didn't know this ride was so spooky," said Tiny Shellie May.

"Hmph," said Tiny Duffy.

"Look!" said Tiny Shellie May. "It's Ariel."

 

"It's a doll," said Tiny Duffy.

Please forgive Tiny Duffy. He was just in a bad mood for being forced to do girly things. He is really a very good bear.

In the real world, it is Disneyland's birthday. Happy birthday, Disneyland!

"Here we go!" said Tiny Shellie May.

"And look, Tiny Duffy," I added. "You're not the only bear!"

The Magic, the Memories and Duffy

We hustled to It's a Small World to see a show:  The Magic, the Memories and You.

The building is just beautiful at night, and seems even nicer at Christmas.

The show is neat but doesn't photograph so well, at least not for the casual photographer. I like the regular Christmas nutcracker bit they show regularly at Christmas.
