To...Hollywoodland?

So, Plan A was to ride Radiator Springs Racers. Staying at the Grand Californian (thank you, DIS Unplugged!) we were able to enter DCA an hour early. But by the time we got to the ride...the line was, if I recall correctly...wait for it...an hour!

OK, so Plan B was to go on Luigi's Flying Tires...but it wasn't open yet! What to do...?
